I’m Daniella Traynor

Ph.D. Scholar with the Centre for Research Training in Artificial Intelligence CRT-AI. Digital Humanities Graduate & Research Assistant University College Cork. Ever since I was a child, my passion has always been literature, designing and creative works in general. I’ve continued pursuing this passion by transitioning from traditional art to the digital world. My core focus is now development, ethical AI consulting and investigating NLP systems for analyzing historic colloquial language for cultural heritage.

Background

Culture

I was born Dublin, live in Kildare and grew up between France, Germany and Luxembourg. Being able to grow up experiencing many different cultures has sparked an infinite interest in how culture impacts us as people.

Education

Primary education in Waldorf Steiner School and Brannoxtown NS followed by secondary education in St.Kevins Wicklow and Newbridge College Co.Kildare, then on to Digital Humanities Information Technology in University College Cork. Finally I landed back in Dublin with the CRT-AI.
